  By far one of the worst experiences I have ever had with an insurance company. Not only did they try and get more money out of me after I closed (due to a flaw in there department) when I cancelled they withheld 90%of my payment claiming it was prorated. Mind you I had them for one month and dropped them. After weeks/months of battleing them for my full refund I got close to 70% in return. I am still currently trying to get the remaining amount, that was not included in the prorated amount, which was 3 months ago. They failed to inform me and had no idea they still with held my money. If I could give them a no star I would. Poor customer service, asked to speak with a manager and was told they did not have one. Also every time I called they were completely oblivious to everything.
